Start by turning off your PS4 and unplugging the AC power cord. Slide the HDD bay cover (the top left portion of the console) to the left.

Remove the Hard Drive by unscrewing the single 5mm Phillips head #1 screw on the front left side of the PS4.

Remove the four screws from the sides of the hard drive case. There are two identical screws on the opposite side.
