Introduction
It had been working OK for about 18 months and then after leaving it to charge overnight, I tried to use it, but it now turns itself off a few seconds after it is turned on.

Remove the four black plugs with a picker and use a PH1 Philips to unscrew the four screws. Unscrew them in a crisscross order to avoid stressing the internal plastic screw bosses. You can then pry off the bottom cover and open the unit.

Using a PH0 tip, remove the four smaller screws holding the top cover and the three holding the motor. You can now separate these parts, be careful, because the charging socket leads are still connected.

You can now separate all the main parts and pry off the PCB to enable inspection and testing.

Hi Jim, do you have any recommendations for a new motor or battery?
Hi Fahmi, sorry for the late reply. I must admit, I ended up not delving very far into the repairing the PCB. I couldn't find any obvious component failures or other problems on the PCB. The motor worked OK using an external power supply and I also I tried using the external power supply instead of the battery, but the problem remained. I didn't look into a replacement battery and ended up sending it to e-waste. Regards, Jim.
