Introduction

Truck bushing affects the sensitivity of your skateboard turns and on road stability. Bushings wear down over time and need replacements. In this tutorial, we will replace the truck bushing on a Meepo Mini 5 electric skateboard.

    • Rotate the half-inch wrench counter-clockwise to loosen the bushing bolt.

    • Take out the truck bushing (orange part).

    • Take the wheels out of the screw by pulling it toward you.

    • Remove the washer from the top of the bushing.

    • Take out the bottom bushing (orange part).

    • Take off the metal cap from the bushing.

    • Replace with the new bushing to the cap.

    • Press the bushing back.

    • Press the hanger back (wheels)

    • Press the wire and point the semicircular ridge to the hole at the same time as the space is narrow.

    • Press the upper bushing and the cap back on.

    • Rotate the 1/2 inch wrench clockwise to tighten the pin.
