Introduction

If coffee is only coming out of one spout or the knob isn't having any effect on the volume of crema, a cleaning may be in order. This guide will show you how to disassemble, clean and reassemble the spout.

These instructions may also help with other Saeco models and with coffee makers from Philips and Gaggia—they are all made by the same manufacturer and have a very similar design.

I just relocated my Saeco Incanto Classic, there's power in the outlet but no power is going in to the machine. What could be the cause?
