    • 1. Switch off your phone.

    • 2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and connect the charger

    • 3. To start Factory reset press this sequence of keys:

    • Volume Up

    • Volume Down

    • Power button

    • Volume Down

    • Device should now restart.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
