Suppose that the bolt is not hex or phillips or star, but is completely smooth and the fabric is closed with stitching. After removing the caps that cover the holes in the arm there is just a completely smooth bolt or screw with no way to grip or turn it?????
At the very least say to put a lot of cotton on the hole so it will tighten the hole up when u put the screw in. And or put a washer on each bolt. What a joke.
