Introduction

    • turn homepod mini upside down

    • peel back the foot cover

    • carefully cut the fabric mesh using the fabric scissors

    • be very careful not to scratch the delicate glass surface on top

    • unscrew the 4 torx screws on the bottom near the speaker holes

    • carefully seperate the top and middle sections from the homepod mini

    • be very careful when separating as there are cables connected to the motherboard as well as the speakers

    • carefully unplug all the cables connected to the motherboard

    • carefully separate the middle section of the homepod mini

    • carefully remove the speaker driver from the bottom part of the homepod mini

    • be very careful not to damage the delicate ribbon cable below the driver

    • remove the speaker driver

    • carefully remove the cables connecting to the driver being careful not to damage it

Conclusion

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
