To troubleshoot additional reasons for no sound or poor sound quality, visit the Troubleshooting page for the Heyday Suitcase Turntable.

Before you begin the repair, turn off the record player and unplug the power cord. You will also need to identify the type of needle that the record player uses. You can find this by searching Heyday Suitcase Turntable needle or the type may be printed on the side of your needle.
