Introduction
This guide helps you to replace the motherboard of the Garmin Drive 52 & Traffic GPS.
The motherboard is the central hub of your GPS device, responsible for connecting and powering all its internal components. Over time, damage or wear can cause symptoms like unresponsiveness, persistent error messages, or total device failure.
Before embarking on this task, I recommend familiarizing yourself with the provided steps, as well as ensuring you have the necessary tools and replacement parts in hand.
Handling electronic components requires caution. Always disconnect the device from any power sources and ensure it is powered down before beginning.
