I will show you how to switch out old wheels for brand-new ones and give your ride a fresh new feel. It takes little skill to complete this task. All it takes is around 8 minutes and minimal hardware work to ensure the safety of your next RipStik ride.

    • Use 2 5mm Allen Wrenches on both sides of the wheels and rotate both wrenches counterclockwise to take out the wheel, axle bolt, screw bolt, and 2 washers.

    • Take off the screw bolt on one end and the axle bolt on the other end.

    • Once you disassemble, make sure to save the bolts and washers in a safe place. You will use them for the new wheels.

    • Slide the axle bolt through the hole on the outside and place the washer on the inside.

    • Slide the axle bolt out just enough to place the wheel in the middle.

    • Slide the axle bolt through the middle of the wheel to hold the wheel in place.

    • It is easier to slide the bolt through the wheel if the wheel is being placed sideways.

    • Place the second washer in between the wheel and the caster wall.

    • Insert the screw bolt through the outside of the caster wall to go through the washer and the wheel.

    • Much like step 1, use 2 allen wrenches to screw in the wheel and secure it in place.

    • When screwing it, it is easier to hold one hand firm while rotating the other wrench clockwise to tighten.
