Start by carefully removing the small blue/red button on the mixer handle. You can gently prior this off with a small screw driver

Inside the mixer handle is a small allen key grub screw which can be loosened by turning anti-clockwise.

The shiny collar has a thread and can be loosned with a plumbing wrench. To make sure it isn't damaged by the teeth of the wrench cover the collar with a rag or some material. It is just made of plastic so can be marked easily

replace in reverse order making sure the new cartridge is properly seated in the tap housing before tightening back up the nut.
