    • Be sure to power off and unplug your device before you begin your repair.

    • Remove the twelve screws on the back cover using the Phillips #1 screwdriver.

    Not sure how you removed the back cover with a Philips head. Those are Torx screws. I actually came here to see what size Torx bit I need. Guess I won't find it here.

    • Use an opening tool to pry the back cover open.

    • Remove two 4 mm screws at the two corners of the battery using the Phillips #1 screwdriver.

    • Carefully remove the three tapes on the battery.

    • Carefully slide the battery connector out of its motherboard socket.

    • Disconnect the hard drive and remove it from the device.

    • At the time of guide creation, the hard drive was not included in the device.

You highlighted some random spot for the hard drive but you should have highlighted the empty m.2 slot which doesn’t even require you to remove the battery.
