Introduction

If the key fob to your 2020 Toyota Sienna has not been working correctly—not locking/unlocking, weak connection to the vehicle, or needing to use a physical key to operate your vehicle—this guide will show you how to replace the battery.

Before starting this task, make sure you have a prying tool and a CR2032 3V battery in hand. Be very cautious when separating your key fob.

Step 4 requires you to simply take out the battery and replace it with the new one then carefully close the fob back to one piece.

It's as simple as that!
