Background
The Samsung Focus was released November 8, 2010. It is a 3.9 oz Windows phone with a 4.4in display, 1650 mAh removable battery, and 16 GB raw hardware.The Focus is a 3g enabled smartphone that runs off of the windows 7 operating system. It features include a corning gorilla glass which is a brand of specialized toughened glass designed to be damage resistant. It also has a super amoled display, which is a screen display used in smartphones and watches making the screen brighter and easier to look at.
The Focus features a small on/off button on the right hand side, a headphone jack at the top of the phone, a home button on the bottom of the touch screen, and the sound buttons on the left hand side of the screen.
The Samsung Focus was originally selling for $199 but was replaced by the Samsung Focus S in November of 2011. It is no longer sold in stores.
Identification
The Samsung Focus smartphone can be identified by the IMEI, serial number, or model number printed on the back of the device near the bottom or under the battery. You can also find these details on your receipt, the original packaging, or on the Samsung app if you have that installed.
