Background

The HP 620 is an affordable, compact laptop manufactured by Hewlett-Packard Company. It is resistant to scuffs and scratches due to its durable design. Its large 15.6” screen provides striking images and the ability to eliminate reflections, making it easy to use outside. The HP 620 also has ample storage in comparison to its competitors.

Released in 2010, the HP 620 was made to compete in the sub-$500 laptop price bracket. It was aimed at business and office use but was more than capable for general use. The HP 620 has since been discontinued and has limited resources and replacement parts directly from HP. Resources from other parties are sporadic and of varying quality due to the age of the device.

Identification

The HP 620 can be identified by the printed "HP 620" label located near the bottom right corner of the display bezel. It can also be identified by the sticker on the bottom side of the device. The device's exterior is silver and gray. The casing is robust and bulky and features slight slopes near the edges.
