Background

The HMD Fusion Business was launched in September 2024 alongside the Fusion. It follows the Skyline released in July 2024, the Vibe released in June 2024, and the Pulse line released in April 2024.The Fusion Business is available in the US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, India, and Latin America.

The Fusion Business is the same device as the Fusion, except it is only available in one memory-storage configuration and receives software updates for five years, as opposed to three years for the Fusion. The HMD Fusion Business introduces smart outfits, which allow the core phone to be upgraded and customized. The base price for the core phone is $299 or €249.

Identification

The HMD Fusion Business can be identified by the model number TA-1670, which is written on the back of the phone in the bottom-left corner. You can also find the model number by navigating to Settings > About phone.

The HMD Fusion Business is also identifiable by sixteen visible screws and the text “HMD” and “Human Mobile Devices” on the back cover.  The core phone is only available in Noir and includes a transparent outfit.

Note that these identifying features may be covered by the outfit on your phone.
