Background

The General Equipment Hole Digger 332H/348H was introduced in 2020. The handles were updated to increase the balance of the machine and reduce operator fatigue. The transmission features oversized bearings, heat-treated shafts, and machine-cut gears to maximize lifespan.

Occasionally this unit may leak oil out of the transmission relief valve. This is likely the result of the machine being filled beyond the 24oz capacity for oil or occasionally the user tilting the digger toward the relief valve while it's in use. The oil in the transmission can flow close enough to the relief valve for it to start leaking.

Identification

The model 332H/348H hole digger requires two people to operate. It can be used for general at home landscaping, soil sampling, and other construction applications. The auger is painted orange, while the motor and handles are painted black. The identification information is located on a decal on the motor housing.
