The K55N is an aged but capable laptop put out by ASUS in early 2013. The K55N comes with an AMD A series processor, a 1080p display, and a memory capacity that is expandable to 8 GB. Aside from the laptop's propensity for broken displays and hard drive failures, this device can still serve as a capable laptop.
Identification
The ASUS K55N-DS81 is identified by the model number present on the manufacturer sticker on the underside of the laptop. In particular, underneath the bar-code, "K55N-DS81" is printed.
The body of the laptop is black, with a textured body and a single venting port on the left side of the device. A disk drive is present on the right side of the device. There are no I/O ports on the rear of this laptop.
