Background

The Alcatel One Touch Pop 7 is the first generation of the Pop tablets and runs on the Android system. At the time of its release in February 2014, it was considered to be the lightest and thinnest entry-level tablet available running on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It weighs less than half a pound and has a 7 inch display screen.

This device features a 5 megapixel back camera, a VGA front camera, and also includes Light, Proximity, and G sensors. This product claims to have a 2.5 hour charging time and 500 hours of standby battery life.

The Alcatel One Touch Pop 7 can be purchased new from T-Mobile or purchased used from Amazon or eBay.

The Alcatel One Touch Pop 7 has since been updated and newer models are available.

Identification

This model is available in either white or black, and the specific model number is located at the bottom of the back cover. A unique feature to the Alcatel One Touch Pop 7 can be found on the back of the device where "ALCATEL onetouch" is printed.
